Refunds & Exchanges

We want you to love your pieces as much as we do. But hey, sometimes things just don't vibe - and that's okay! 

Returns:

  • We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return (unless the item is faulty).
  • Unfortunately, we can't accept returns for a change of heart, so make sure you're stoked with your pick before checking out - or take advantage of our gift card if it's for a friend.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same stellar condition you received it - unused, with tags, hygiene stickers intact, and in the original packaging. This includes makeup stains or fake tan - we love a golden glow but not on returned swimwear!

We can't accept returns if:

  • The item has been worn, washed, or damaged - if it's seen some action, it's yours to keep.
  • Tags or hygiene stickers are removed - once they're off, so is your return eligibility.
  • It's a sale item or gift card - these are final sale.
  • You simply change your mind

Make sure you hold on to your proof of purchase, as we'll need this to process your return.

 

Exchanges:

Need a different size? No problemo! You can exchange your item within 30 days of receiving it, as long as it meets the return conditions above.

  • If you're exchanging by post, you'll need to cover your own shipping costs.
  • Live local in Perth? Let us know, and we can organise a friendly exchange down at the break - quicker and cheaper for you!

 

Faulty Items:

If your item arrives with a fault, please let us know ASAP and we can sort it out for you. We'll cover return shipping for faulty items, and you'll have an option of a replacement, refund or store credit.


How to Request a Return or Exchange:

Please refrain from messaging us on socials as we often receive a few messages about other fun stuff!

  1. Please email us at stellarsurfwearaus@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
  2. We will send you the return details.
  3. Send your item back (making sure it meets the return conditions).
  4. Once we receive it, we'll process your refund, exchange, or store credit
